Seroma faced the common enterprise hurdle of “credential fatigue” and the security vulnerabilities that come with it. With a large workforce, the risk of compromised passwords or unauthorized access to sensitive company data was a top priority for their management. They needed a solution that was incredibly secure for the company, yet “stress-free” and easy to use for their employees.
Solution
Junction Holdings deployed an Integrated Identity Access Management system based on the Fortinet ecosystem. The core of the solution featured the FortiAuthenticator 300F, providing a centralized “source of truth” for user identities.
To ensure the highest level of security, we implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using FortiToken Mobile. This ensured that every login attempt required a secure, time-sensitive token generated on the user’s mobile device, effectively neutralizing the risk of stolen passwords.
Results
Handed over on April 20, 2024, the project has transformed how Seroma Limited manages its digital boundaries. By moving to a Zero-Trust influenced identity model, they have seen a marked increase in security posture and a decrease in unauthorized access attempts. The transition was seamless, proving that sophisticated corporate security can be delivered with the personal touch and efficiency of the Junction Holdings team.
